Why we process data and which data we use
We use your name, email, optional phone number, requested dates, guest counts and message only to process your enquiry, continue communication and take steps before a possible accommodation contract.
Data from the form is not stored in the website database. The enquiry is sent to our mailbox and may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting as our processors.
How long we retain data
We retain an enquiry that does not result in a booking for no more than 6 months after the last communication. For confirmed bookings, we retain the necessary data for the period required by contractual, accounting and other legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or data portability where the legal conditions are met. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
