Apartment amenities

Pleasant, quiet accommodation for a family or a closed company. The apartment has a separate entrance.
Lots of fun not only for your children in the garden - sandpit, slides, climbing frames, trampoline, pumptrack, playground.
In season, you can take a dip in the heated outdoor pool.
A hairdryer and children's bath toys are also available.
It is possible to place a child barrier on the staircase.
All windows have blinds and blackout curtains for your peaceful sleep.
In the kitchen you will find everything for your cooking - induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and all utensils.
In the living room there is a TV, a comfortable sofa, an equipped children's play area, a table with chairs for drawing, a play carpet for cars.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothes dryer.
Parking for up to 6 cars is available directly outside the apartment on private grounds.
Dogs and other animals are not welcome with regard to children, thank you for your understanding.
You can also rent equipment for children—a crib, high chair, toilet seat adapter, potty, baby bath seat, baby bath tub, play mat, bottle or baby food warmer, bath toys, bed rails, stair gates, booster seat, and vacuum cleaner. If you need anything for the children, just ask us.

All rooms have access to a large, spacious bathroom with a bathtub featuring a non-slip mat and a toilet on the first floor, as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower and a toilet on the ground floor.
