Children can play in the indoor play corner or in the garden with its sandpit, climbing frames and trampoline. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool in season. A cot, high chair and other equipment are available to borrow for little ones.

A base for your work team

After a day at work, prepare a meal in the equipped kitchen and unwind in the shared living room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make staying with colleagues easier. You also have Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, and parking for up to six cars right by the apartment.

Cooking and time together

The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and all the kitchenware you need to prepare your own meals. A Nespresso capsule coffee machine with a basic supply of coffee is also available; feel free to bring your own favourite capsules.
Relax on the comfortable sofa and watch TV in the living room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Meals are self-catered. You can buy groceries in Cvikov or have them delivered by Rohlík.cz. For lunch or dinner, you can visit one of the nearby restaurants.

Rest and practical comforts

The apartment has its own entrance; the owners live in a separate part of the property.
All windows have blinds, blackout curtains and insect screens.
The apartment has central heating, which guests do not need to manage.
The ground-floor laundry room has a washing machine, dryer and drying rack. A hairdryer is also available.
Storage is available for bikes, pushchairs and skis. Up to six cars can park on private grounds right by the apartment.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. You can smoke in the designated area in the garden.
Pets are not permitted. Thank you for understanding.

Amenities for children

The living room has a play corner, a small table and chairs for drawing, and a road play mat for toy cars.
You can borrow a cot, high chair, chair booster seat, toilet training seat, potty, baby bath support, baby bath, play mat, milk or baby food warmer and bath toys.
Bed rails, stair gates and a vacuum cleaner are also available. Need anything else for the children? Just ask us.

Garden and outdoor fun

In the garden, children can enjoy a sandpit, slides, climbing frames, trampoline, pump track and play area.
The terrace has garden furniture for outdoor seating, and a barbecue and fire pit are also available.
In season, you can take a dip in the heated outdoor pool.
